The Vistancia Animal Hospital recently hosted its third annual "Why I Want to Be a Veterinarian" essay contest. Local students were selected to attend a special behind-the-scenes day at the hospital. Participants explored veterinary careers through interactive stations, including patient exams, ultrasound demos, mock surgery, wound care, and more. The day wrapped up with a Q&A with doctors, lunch, and an awards ceremony. The top three essay winners will have their work published.
